Forms for entry changes/cancellations only need to be filled out if entries have closed, If entries haven't closed reply to your confirmation email with the changes that need to be made

Once you have filled out the appropriate forms you can email them to, Turn them into the Show Secretary at the Event or Snail mail them to the address in the Premium List
NOTE: Just because you have submitted them By email or Mail does NOT mean they have been accepted. Make sure to check with the show secretary at least 30 minutes before all scheduled judging to insure that the forms have been filled out properly. The event secretary is NOT responsible for missed changes in your entry if you did not check in with the event secretary first.
